lennart johansson
President Svensk Plastindustrisförening (SPIF)
I have a Ph.D in Chemical Technology (specialization in plastics). I have worked as Senior Scientist at ABB Corporate Research and Senior Development Scientist at Orica. Various activities have resulted in many inventions and patents. Have experience in presenting scientific articles at international conferences. I have served on the board of the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE), Scandinavian Society of Electron Microscopy (SCANDEM) and the Swedish Plastics Industry Association (SPIF). Conducts plastic education in eight different countries. Has also published three books. I hope to be able to add experience as an industry manager for SPIF and as an exhibitor responsible at various fairs.

Managing Director at The Danish Plastics Federation
Thomas has a technical education as MSc. specializing in organization and management. Later on I graduated from the AVT Business School, with a Certificate in Business Administration (CBA).
In his current job, as managing director of the Danish Plastics Federation, his primary task is to build a strong and efficient organization, capable to act on both the Danish and international scene.

Kristin Geidenmark

Director Regulatory Affairs & Strategic Innovation
Kristin has solid experience within the polymer industry, rubber, plastic, textile and many combinations of the ones mentioned. Before woking at Trioplast, she’s been working for Trelleborg, Ansell, Nolato. Over the last 20 years Kristin has been focusing on development, but she also has experience as a production manager, product manager and KAM. Kristin is experienced working worldwide, especially within manufacturing in Beijing and development in Xiamen, China.
Today Kristin is facing her biggest challenge; dealing with how the plastic industry could be affected by external political changes. The plastic industry must develop in the right way to survive future changes!

Vesa Kärhä is the CEO of the Finnish Plastics Industries Federation. He has worked throughout his professional career, starting in the late 1980s, in the recycling of plastics and environmental questions.

Ole Jan

Ole Jan Myhre has a background from Statoil and Borealis from 1986 until 2007 . He has held several positions within R&D, Technical customer support and marketing.
He was particularly involved in flexible packaging and the development of the Borstar technology and products. Since 2007, Ole Jan has been marketing manager and advisor to Norner, which provides industrial R&D services based on its advanced plastic technology center in Norway.
Ole Jan looks forward to contributing to the promotion of material technology, innovation and sustainability at Plastteknik Nordic through his own expertise and network in the industry.

Former polymer specialist at Volvo Powertrain. Today Lars specialties are technical development and commercial responsibility at Arlanexo – the worlds biggest manufacturer of synthetic elastomers.
Lars is also the president of SGF (Svenska gummitekniska förening) and delegate at IRC and IRCO technical committee.

Mattias Kristiansson has 15 years of experience as technical director, the last few years he has been editor in chief at 3dp.se.
Mattias has held a position as marketing manager at 3DVerkstan, that supports other companies in industries like architecture, manufacturing, product development, maintenance and medicine with knowledge about additive manufacturing and 3D education.
Since March 2019 Mattias is Marketing manager at 3D Printing PLM Group.

Stina has long experience within the Plastics industry in the family business, JIJ Plast. She has been on the board for SPIF for 16 years. JIJ Plast is a supplier to industrial companies in many different businesses. We also manufacture our own products, especially to the construction industry. Stina is an economist and polymer engineer with passion for color and design. Her experience has contributed to a broad rather than deep perspective.
What will Stina contribute to The nordic Advisory Board of 2019?

Per-Stefan Gersbro has more than 30 years of experience from the packaging industry. He has held several positions at international packaging companies and organisations in Belgium, England, Switzerland and Sweden. Per-Stefan was the initiative taker to Packbridge, where he was CEO for 5 years. Today, he is a consultant where his broad network contributes to excellent conference possibilities. with 10-15 seminars and conferences each year. In this context Per-Stefan is the project manager and responsible for the program and panel discussion.
Per-Stefan will contribute with new thoughts and ideas, especially concerning how to make Plastteknik relevant for visitors and exhibitors.

I have been working in the industry since 2008 as branch manager, HR-director and production manager in the manufacturing plastic industry. Since 2016, I am CEO for Polymercentrum, an industry organisation with almost 100 company members. Our mission is to ensure quality of education and that the right tools for education exists to make sure that the plastic industry is constantly developing. Today Polymercentrum works as a school with different courses.
What will Joakim contribute to The nordic Advisory Board of 2019?
My expertise within the plastic area will help us reveal future needs and opportunities while also daring to find new perspectives and ways to reach desired goals.

Andreas började sin bana inom plastbranschen 2004 som tekniker. Därefter har har han lång erfarenhet inom försäljning och marknadsföring på Animex Plast AB som var agent för maskiner och kringutrustning. Sedan 2008 driver Andreas företaget Quiptec AB tillsammans med sin far med huvudfokus på marknad och försäljning. Quiptec AB är generalagent för flertalet agenturer i Sverige och Norge inom plast och gummiindustrin.
Därtill sitter Andreas i styrgruppen för plastmaskingruppen sedan 20017. I övrigt är Andreas en sann plastvän som gärna driver och startar diskussion om plast då han ser fördelarna med detta material där många andra ser nackdelar.

Henrik har lång erfarenhet ifrån forskning- och utvecklingsarbete inom plast och polymera material, både från Chalmers och RISE IVF med fokus på bearbetning, karakterisering och återvinning.

Hans Friedsam är ordförande i Nordisk Bioplastförening med 46 medlemsföretag och har
40 år inom fackpress/media och eventbranschen. Under dessa år har han både startat
och drivit branschtidningar, arrangerat mässor, större event och konferenser samt startat branschorganisationer.
Ordförand i SGF (svenska gummitekniska föreningen) Delegat i IRC och IRCO technical committee.

Dan Carlsson har varit verksam i plastbranschen sedan 1978. Han Startade Centramec som Ab 1984 tillsammans med en kollega som han även bedrev Centramec A/S i Norge med under flera. Därtill har han skapat flera samarbete i Finland och Danmark och varit med och startat Plastmaskingruppen – allt för branschens bästa!

Har 25 års erfarenhet av Kemibranschen och senaste 20 åren inom Plastindustrin främst inom Styrenics. Har tidigare arbetat för BASF som är en ledande producent inom Kemibranschen och för Styrolution som är en av de största aktörerna inom Styrenbaserade Plaster.
Sedan 2016 som Business Unit Manager hos IMCD med Nordiskt ansvar.

Martin har en bakgrund som forskare inom plastbearbetning. 2015 var han en av grundarna bakom Novoplast, ett plaståtervinningsföretag som hjälper sina kunder att använda mer återvunnet material i sina produkter.
