Mikael Basta

Mikael Basta is a senior management consultant and partner at Claesson & Partners. He has primarily worked in financial
and business management for the past 13 years with a focus on developing financial control models for large corporations
and the public sector.
Mikael has a background in the business systems industry, where he has worked as a Project Manager and Solution Architect
for business system and Business Intelligence implementations. His work has centered on process efficiency, process
evaluation, governance, business monitoring, and cost calculation.
In addition, Mikael specializes in profitability models and their development, helping organizations optimize financial
performance and strategic decision-making through tailored profitability analysis and control models.
Mikael holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics with a specialization in business administration from the
School of Business, Economics, and Law at the University of Gothenburg.
