Oleinitec Nordic AB & GÖTTFERT Werkstoff-Prüfmaschinen GmbH
About us
GÖTTFERT Werkstoff-Prüfmaschinen GmbH was founded in 1962 by Prof. Dr. Otto Göttfert. In the second generation his son Dr. Axel Göttfert took over the leadership as sole managing director.
On the world market the medium-sized organization is well known as one of the leading companies in the niche field of rheological testing instruments. The innovative rheological systems are globally installed in laboratories as well as in production settings.
In the Nordic countires, Göttfert is represented by Oleinitec who can provide you with instruments, support and service.

RPA Rotational
Continuous Rotational Measurement Method from Göttfert Thanks to the innovative continuous rotational measurement method, the RPA rotational is capable of measuring the transient viscosity of the test materials. This allows not only the characterization of complex material behavior under realistic processing conditions with high shear rates, but also provides essential data for the simulation of rubber processing processes.

mi1 - MFI tester
m1 is the most compact entry model for melt flow index testing. The instrument is a plastometer with high end measuring relevant components and highest precision by using minimal automation modules.

RG75 - Capillary Rheometer
Capillary Rheometers are used in particular for dynamic viscosity testing, in quality control (QC), or research and development (R&D) laboratories. Besides measuring viscosity, several different add-ons are available to enhance the capability of a GÖTTFERT high shear rheometer. Some examples are elongation viscosity, thermal conductivity, pvt-measurement (isobar/isotherm), die swell unit, or flow instabilities. Online and atline capillary rheometers are offered, capable to correlate to intrinsic viscosity, or MFR/MVR.

mi40 Visco - Melt Flow Indexer with Viscosity
The Add-on "visco" for the plastometer mi40 is developed to carry out measurements according to the standard ISO 11443 commonly used for capillary rheometers. Melt Flow Index Testers, also called plastometers, are used to measure the melt flow rate (MFR) and the melt volume rate (MVR) of pellets, powder or fine granules. Plastometers are generally designed according to the relevant standards ISO 1133 and ASTM D1238. Using a capillary rheometer, the measurement is more challenging to operate and time consuming compared to a standardized MFR-test. Now using the Add-on "visco" for mi40, running these viscosity tests is as easy as standardized MFR-tests. In this test mode, the mi40 is using the integrated motor to push the piston at constant defined speeds. The resulting pressure is measured with a force transducer in the piston holder. Compared to normal MFR-measurements, it is possible to reach higher shear rates which are more relevant for actual production processes. Therefore, viscosity tests by this GÖTTFERT Plastometer are more like a processability test compared to the standard MFR-test.

ONLINE REALTIME RHEOMETER (RTR/RTS-TD)
The REAL TIME RHEOMETER RTR/RTS is a capillary rheometer used in online quality control, which performs measurements on a continuous basis. The unit is used in production control and for monitoring high and low-viscosity polymers in the production and processing of raw materials.

RCR 75 Capillary Rheometer for rubber
The Rubber-Capillary-Rheometer RCR 75 is a capillary rheometer for rubber applications with a maximum test load of 75 kN. The RCR is optimized for the shortest possible measuring time and easy operation to provide very fast results especially in QC applications. A typical measurement takes about 2-5 minutes. In open extrusion mode, the RCR is operated as a standard capillary rheometer, and the viscosity is determined at up to three shear rates per barrel filling. The shear rate is determined from the piston speed and the shear stress from the piston force. In the optional injection mode, the material is typically injected at constant pressure into an independently heated mold that is typically kept at a higher temperature. In this mode, both the flow and vulcanization behavior of the rubber or compound is characterized very close to the process conditions. The viscosity of thermosets (duroplasts/duromers) such as epoxy or phenolic resins can also be measured optionally. For this purpose, a special, easy to clean barrel with an easily removable, split die is used. The capillaries are easily exchangeable and different barrel diameters and die geometries are available. It is possible to switch between the two test modes under program control without having to modify the testing device.

MI-ROBO
MI-ROBO is a fully automatic melt flow indexer designed for companies that are serious about their quality control before production. The system automatically fills the test chamber, measures, cleans and changes capillaries. This means that any number of measurements can be performed in succession without the need for operator intervention. MI-ROBO can be customized with optional extensions to cover specific test requirements.
