Injection molding plastic
Nolato has over 50 years' experience in advanced injection molding of plastics and TPE. Single process step Manufacturing complex products in a single process step improves both cost efficiency and design. From micro-molding to multi-shot molding Nolato has a broad offering, from micro-molding (<0.001 g) to large sizes as single- or multi-component molding, with machine size of up to 3,200 ton clamping force. Meeting all requirements In addition to traditional injection molding, we also provide complex solutions in which molding is often combined with secondary processes such as insert molding, in-mold decoration (IMD/IML/IMF), in-mold closing, in-line quality control and final packaging. We work with market-leading suppliers of injection molds, automation and other secondary processes. Flexibility Our various production facilities allow us to offer you the service that best suits your requirements in terms of cost, timing and quality. Technologies From conventional to more complex injection molding, we can provide MuCell technology to reduce the weight of your products and water injection molding (WIT) for complex hollow products.

Advanced plastic products Nolato offers a high degree of automation, with up to 4K injection molding, welding, overmolding, automated assembly, MuCell and automated foam application. Stamped gaskets We offer extensive experience and know-how in the development and manufacturing of stamped gaskets. Our offering also includes electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding, which can be achieved using extruded or dispensed formed-in-place (FIP) conductive gaskets. Packaging Nolato has extensive experience of developing and manufacturing plastic packaging. We offer flexible high-speed, high-cavitation injection molding, mainly using stack molds and cube molds. Filtration Nolato specializes in precision injection molding and assembly for the filtration market. We offer both proprietary and custom filter core products, which are used in many industries. Battery-powered products We provide proactive support from the development phase to production for numerous plastic components for battery-powered products such as park management and gardening equipment. We work with a range of industry standards, such as IATF16949 for the automotive sector. Stamped gaskets We have extensive experience and know-how in the development and manufacturing of stamped gaskets. Our offering also includes electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding in automotive applications, either using an extruded or dispensed formed-in-place (FIP) conductive gasket. In-depth experience in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and thermal management The telecom industry has had significant need of EMI shielding for many years, using EMC gaskets in between metal housing covers to prevent high-frequency signal interference. The automotive sector too is now seeing a growing need for EMC solutions. With over 15 years in the telecom industry, we bring this experience, technology and quality to the automotive sector. Thermal management for every purpose Our thermal management solutions meet a wide range of applications for a growing number of industries. Thermal interface material (TIM) solutions are required in automotive applications wherever excess heat needs to be removed from electronics, such as digital components and electric powertrains.
