Screw in Compact Manifold System
Bushing shank is screwed into the manifold with direct contact and hold in place by a nut. This contact gives an excellent heat profile between manifold and bushing, which is a must for more and more materials and applications.
Temperature Controller
MTX-51 is an easy to use controller which offers smoother and higher accuracy temperature control for production with heat sensitive polymers and fast cycle injection molding.
Vega Cylinders
Vega Cylinders is one of the most important companies among hydraulic cylinders manufacturers. They design and manufacture hydraulic cylinders for plastic injection and aluminum die-casting molds. MasterFlow AB (Sweden) and Indsatsen ApS (Denmark) got lots of experience regarding hydraulic cylinders, after selling Vega cylinders for many years. We look forward to share our experience and show some new applications during the exhibition. The picture presents the self-locking hydraulic cylinder (V270CG), with a special locking system between the cylinder rod and body, and a V450CP series hydraulic cylinder with 2 integrated cooling systems, and they are especially designed to withstand very high temperatures in aluminum die-casting and plastic injection molds.
