You register your stand staff via My Easyfairs. All stand staff must\u00a0 have their exhibitor card at the fair.\u00a0 Here’s how to proceed:\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

  1. Log in at My Easyfairs with the login you received when you booked a stand at the fair.<\/li>\n
  2. Click at “Manage stand” at the actual fair you are exibiting.<\/li>\n
  3. Go under the “Prepare your stand” tab.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on “Register your staff” under the “Assembly staff” section.<\/li>\n
  5. Click on “Register your staff” in the new view.<\/li>\n
  6. You will now be forwarded to a new window.<\/li>\n
  7. Click on “Personnel” (the second tab at the top of the page in the blue field) if you didn’t end up there automatically.<\/li>\n
  8. Click on “+ new” and add the details of the stand staff. Click on “Next”.<\/li>\n
  9. The person will now receive an email with their exhibitor card to the email address you entered.<\/li>\n
