AES- Advanced Engineering Solutions för formar och plast är en ingenjörs- och formtillverkningsorganisation som grundades 2001. Vi är ett ISO 9001:2015-certifierat företag, baserat i Portugal men med en global närvaro. Våra formar sprids över olika marknadssegment och skickas till Nordamerika, Sydamerika, Asien och Europa.

AES har ett omfattande kunnande och kapacitet inom produktion och ledning av verktygsprojekt för avancerade produkter och marknader. Vårt företag bygger formar för den medicinska industrin, precisionsfordon, hemsjukvård och andra industrier som kräver en hög kompetensnivå. Vi täcker hela processen, från idé till produktion, och vårt fokus är alltid att hitta de bästa och mest innovativa ingenjörs-/tillverkningslösningarna för våra kunders projekt. AES har åtagit sig att göra våra kunders liv enklare varje dag!

Vad kommer ni att presentera på mässan? /Vad kan besökarna förvänta sig när de besöker till er monter?
Vi kommer att visa exempel på delar av vår portfölj, och illustrera vår erfarenhet och expertis inom olika formningsteknologier, olika hartser och de marknadssektorer som vi arbetar för.
Våra besökare kommer att kunna veta mer om vårt utbud av tjänster och de lösningar vi erbjuder, inklusive ny teknik som vi tillämpar i våra verktyg. Och om de vill kan de till och med diskutera ett särskilt formprojekt medan de sitter ner med oss en stund och tar en kaffe.

Vad ser ni mest fram emot med mässan?
Vi vill presentera AES och marknadsföra våra tjänster, produkter och lösningar på den nordiska marknaden. Vi räknar med att öka intresset från fler skandinaviska företag med höga kvalitetskrav och som arbetar inom exempelvis medicin och andra precisionsprodukter.
I huvudsak vill vi utöka vårt nätverk av potentiella kunder i denna region.

Vad tror du att ert deltagande kommer att betyda för er verksamhet och vad är ert mål med deltagandet?
Med vårt deltagande förvänta vi oss att nå bredare publik och ha chans att träffa nya potentiella kunder, bland annat tekniker, inköpare, eller beslutfattare från ledande nordiska plastföretag.

Vad gör er unika på marknaden?
AES har levererat sprutformar av utmärkt kvalitet till våra kunder i mer än 20 år. Vi strävar efter att erbjuda våra kunder överlägsna formsprutningsformar och precisionskomponenter som uppfyller och överträffar deras produktions och kvalitetskrav till bästa pris.

Vad skulle ni vilja säga till andra företag som ännu inte är på mässan?
Plastteknik Nordic 2023 kommer att vara en bra mötesplats för personer som arbetar inom plast och gummiindustrin, designers, forskare och andra, så det kommer att vara bra för att marknadsföra ditt företag och visa vilket mervärde du kan tillföra till denna industri. Dessutom ska det vara ett trevligt sätt att se vad som är nytt inom plastindustrin och att göra affärer också.

Tell us briefly about your company and what your company does
AES – Advanced Engineering Solutions for Molds and Plastics is an engineering and mould making organisation founded in 2001. We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, based in Portugal but with a global presence. Our moulds spread across different market segments and are shipped to North America, South America, Asia and Europe.
AES counts with an extensive know-how and capabilities in the production and management of tooling projects for high-end products and markets. Our company builds moulds for the medical industry, precision automotive, home care, and other industries that require a high-end level of expertise. We cover the entire process, from concept to production, and our focus is always to find the best and most innovative engineering/manufacturing solutions for our customers projects. AES is committed to make our customers life easier every day!

What will you present att the fair? / What can the visitor expect when they visit your stand?
We will be showing sample parts of our portfolio, illustrating our experience and expertise in different moulding technologies, different resins and the market sectors that we work for.
Our visitors will be able to know more about our range of services and the solutions we offer, including new technologies that we are applying in our tools. And, if they want, they can even discuss any particular moulding project while sitting down with us for a while and having a coffee.

What do you look forward to most with the fair?
We wish to introduce AES and promote our services, products and solutions on the Nordic market. We expect to raise interest from more Scandinavian companies with high quality requirements and that work in the medical and other precision products areas, for instance.
Essentially, we are looking to grow our network of potential customers in this region.

What do you think your participation will mean for your business and what is your goal with the participation?
With our participation, we expect to reach to a broader audience and have the chance to meet new potential customers, either technical people, purchasers, or decision-makers from leading Nordic plastics companies. We hope to be able to expand our network in this region and ultimately to create new business opportunities.

What makes you unique in the market?
AES has been delivering excellent quality injection moulds to our customers for more than 20 years. We strive to offer our customers superior injection moulds and precision components that meet and exceed their production and quality requirements at the best price.

What would you like to say to other companies that are not yet at the fair?
Plastteknik Nordic 2023 will be a good meeting place for people working the plastics and rubber industry, designers, researchers, and others, so it will be great for promoting your company and to show the added value you can bring to this industry. Besides, it shall be a nice way to see what’s new in the plastics industry, and to do business as well.
